Please note that all payments for services provided by us are non-refundable.
This policy applies to all transactions, regardless of the subscription plan chosen, whether monthly or annual. This includes cases where services are only partially used within a billing cycle. Subscriptions, whether on a monthly or yearly basis, renew automatically on the designated renewal date unless you, the customer, request a cancellation before the renewal is due.
Furthermore, should you choose to cancel your subscription, please be aware that you will not be entitles to a refund for any services that you have already paid for.
You are free to discontinue our services whenever you choose.

12. To Cancel
Navigate over to settings, then select billings to cancel your subscription &/or trial. Please note all data will be erased, including stored clients & phone numbers associated with your account.
